Fees:

Chennai Heat 2009 is a free of cost Beach Ultimate tournament. None of the participants will be charged towards registration / participation. A big thanks to our sponsors who make this possible every year.

However, players will have to pay for any merchandise, parties, accommodation and food.

Accommodation:

We recommend the Youth Hostel @ Indra Nagar, Adyar which is a 15 minute walk from the playing fields. We always suggest this because not only it is inexpensive (less than Rs.50/night) but also because it is a 120 bed dormitory. Bookings for this close 1 month before the tournament. However, we have numerous accommodation options in and around a 2-3 Km radius from the beach. There are more expensive options (slightly nicer) and less expensive ones to suit you / your teams’ budget. Both options are perfectly fine and are standard hotels you would expect to find in Chennai.
We will be happy book rooms for those who register by Sep 30th. Please note that there will be no charges towards booking accommodation.
Room Sharing: In case you are travelling alone, we will assign roommates of the same gender.
